About the role

As a Digital Business Developer, your role will range from scanning the digital marketplace to identifying ideas, formulating conceptual pitches and driving development of products and services. You will lead digital development projects, from requirements phase to launch.

As a Digital Business Developer, you will work hands-on in a high-energy environment, with multiple assignments simultaneously. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Independently drive and support projects end-to-end, interacting closely with our marketing, product, sales and technology departments along with external agencies and partners.

• Keep up to date with the digital- and fintech industry and customer behavior, as well as identifying opportunities for sizing up addressable markets and revenue potential.

• Package and communicate projects, including budget, concept and plan, for an executive-level audience.


About you

• Excellent at storytelling, conceptualizing and communicating to get internal and external stakeholders attention.


Your professional experience will include

• Experience from business/product development, in a fast-moving technology driven business or in a digital agency environment, preferably in the fintech sector; banking, insurance, credit cards, pensions or similar.

• Strong skills in structured project management including knowledge about Agile/Scrum.

• Experience in creating business cases for digital services, an interest in user experience, an eye for design and a good technical understanding.

• A degree within Business Administration, Economics, Technology or similar.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English, and preferably Swedish. We also value language skills in German, Norwegian or Finnish, as well as experience from working in these countries.

You will report to the Business Development Director. The position is based at Kungsgatan in Stockholm. Upon need you will travel to our current offices in Ängelholm, Helsinki, and Münich and any future new office.
